Privately owned animal hospital seeks full time veterinary receptionist. We are a multi-doctor, full service practice. Responsibilities include client communication, creating and explaining estimates and invoices, taking payment for services, maintaining medical records and client education. An ideal candidate is reliable, personable, proactive, computer literate and comfortable multi-tasking.
This position requires excellent communication skills, comfort with a multiple phone line system, willingness to educate clients according to hospital policy, attention to detail, and the desire to make our clients and their pets feel welcome.
Job Type: Full time
Multiple weekday shifts, 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 2pm.
Pay: Commensurate with experience
