Reporting to the Regional Leader - Talent Acquisition, you will help ensure the delivery of our people, our most valuable asset, by performing recruiting administration and candidate sourcing for the Northeast region (NY/NJ, Eastern PA and New England). RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting Administration:
Serve as a trusted supporting team member to the Regional Leader - TA.

Candidate outreach and interview scheduling/coordination with hiring managers.

Craft new requisition and position descriptions.

Advertisement of openings and creation of social media campaigns.

Engagement with professional associations, industry groups and more to promote the MBI brand, open positions and engage with members for career opportunities.

Organize and coordinate career fairs for college/university recruitment, professional associations and conferences.

Manage Internship & Co-op programs with local interest schools.

Create offer letters, manage pre and post onboarding activities and maintaining communication with new hires.

Assist with HR and Immigration related items.

Sourcing:
Source talent by identifying and screening both active and passive candidates for Architectural, Engineering, Construction and related support positions.

Use and master various software tools; i.e. Oracle Cloud Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, MBI Talent Network, Handshake, etc. to identify and generate prospective talent.

Operate with a high level of accountability and dependability with a true drive for success required.

Strong time-management and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities timely and effectively.

Demonstrated ability to help meet performance goals and staffing targets.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Associate's / Bachelor's degree preferred and at least 3 - 5 or more years of related experience.

Outgoing, assertive and well organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to network, build meaningful relationships and drive outcomes with a wide variety of people (hiring managers, candidates, etc.).

Strong desire to continue learning via ongoing trainings and maintaining a hands-on focus to streamline processes.

Demonstrate and convey a strong understanding of the company’s service offerings, history and market space.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media savviness.

Quickly get up to speed on our recruiting policy, procedures and master the software tools.

General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, compliance law and Talent Acquisition practices.

Prior administrative support experience within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related industries desired.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $56,500 - $60,000. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
