We are currently seeking a Systems Management Lead to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

• Lead a team of System Administrators and engineers to accomplish the following:
  • Document, manage, and maintain the HW and SW platforms (COTS/GOTS, SharePoint, Internet Information Server) and application stacks at the latest version;
  • Infrastructure systems and HW capacity planning;
  • Deploying SW updates and system patches to end-user devices and enterprise platforms;
  • Administer, troubleshoot, track, and deploy configuration changes;
  • Manage storage HW, allocation, and replication.
  • Establish and maintain procedures that ensures all systems are patched and firmware is current;
  • Track and actively remediate any vulnerabilities identified in the plan of action and milestones (POA&M)
  • Ensure that all information assurance (IA) policies are part of the administration and maintenance procedures of all systems
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for systems configuration and documentation, system fixes/updates/enhancements and patches, POA&M resolution, and monitoring, analyzing, and reporting audit log inconsistencies.
  • Monitor and manage system resources to meet/measure performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability SLAs
  • Manage policies associated with digital certificates (public key infrastructure or PKI) for personal identity verification (PIV) and non-PIV requirements
  • Manage and report on accounts, access privileges, account structures, and GPO’s,
  • Perform system/data backups and support disaster recovery (DR)/continuity of operations (COOP)
  
  

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive Systems Management experience supporting large complex Systems Infrastructure
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working in the following:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with MS Windows, Linux, VMware
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Active Directory, DNS & DHCP, MIM
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Patch Mgmt. tool SCCM, BigFix
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Operating system installation & troubleshooting
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Active Directory, Group Policy and Replication
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Major Incident Report (MIR)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Antivirus management for OS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• ITIL v3/4 Foundations certification required
• Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust
