The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in System Integration and Test Engineering to be a part of a team that will carry on our tradition making history in advanced aircraft development.

Candidate will support a team responsible for the integration and test of Mission Systems capabilities and functions in a laboratory, and flight test environment. Utilizing mission systems requirements, the candidate will assist in the development of test requirements and procedures, execute integration and test activities in a lab environment, evaluate mission systems functionality, and support mission systems flight test evaluation. Candidate must have strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth understanding of military aircraft functionality, and demonstrated integration and test experience with a modern software intensive mission systems architecture.

CompTIA Security+, Network+, or A+ certification desired and candidate would need to obtain certification upon being hired for the position.


You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.


This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Above Degree in a Technical Discipline or equivalent, relevant experience

  • Experience with Avionics Systems Integration and Test or Laboratory development and buildup
Desired Skills:
  • Avionics and SIL experience/background, Mission Planning and I&T experience / background, experience with requirements development and integration and test processes, strong laboratory skills, flight test experience

  • Experience with Sub-System Integration, working in a System Integration Lab and troubleshooting system integration anomalies

  • Experience with development of Test Plans

  • CompTIA Security+, Network+, or A+ certification

  • Test automation experience

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
