Insight Global is seeking multiple Intellectual Disability Support Coordinators for a well-known non-profit organization, located in Philadelphia, PA. This role has a mandatory two week paid orientation and training. After training, you will enter a hybrid model where you may work from home but are still required to travel to individual homes and group homes to provide support. As a Support Coordinator, you will be expected to develop person-centered plans while coordinating and monitoring different services. You will provide support to individuals with Intellectual disabilities over the phone, in-person and often at their home.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree required which includes or is supplemented by at least 12 college credits in Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Gerontology, Criminal Justice, or other related Social Science.
- Valid driver's license and use of personal automobile required to complete home visits and program visits.
- Computer skills and excellent communication and organizational skills needed.
- Experience attending ISP meetings or creating ISPs
- Some experience working with individuals who have disabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
