Supply Chain Support Specialist (Temp)

WHAT WE SEEK

The Supply Chain Support Specialist is responsible for tracking orders as they are shipped from the warehouse, picking/shipping sales orders and processing customer returns in the Oracle ERP system. This person will also be a key link in communication with order entry and sales regarding order fulfillment status and inventory availability.

This position is seasonal working 40 hours per week and could be ideal for temporary employment.


WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Tracking orders that have shipped according to a shipped orders report, looking for delivery, identify when a redirect needs to occur or any other situation that will assist the customer in a smooth delivery.
  • Checking inventory prior to processing orders for shipment
  • Make inventory transactions as required in Oracle ERP
  • Utilize SalesForce/Service Cloud for case management and documentation
  • Answer/ resolve Supply Chain and inventory related questions in a timely manner
  • Facilitate the returns process by providing return labels to our customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent

WHAT SHOULD BE IN YOUR BOOKBAG

  • Proficiency with computers and programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Oracle experience a plus
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 40 hours per week (M-F)
  • High School diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • This position may be required to work remotely
