Position Title: Production Planning Coordinator (Entry)

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Responsibilities

· Coordinate general operation and implementation across purchasing, production, and distribution

· Manage timely and efficient supply & demand

· Develop/improve the supply chain management system

· Analyze/review the market situations on a regular basis to build an inclusive production agenda

· Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution need

· Coordinate general reports such as daily inventory report, weekly report, and ending report

· Create basic data and support for manufacturing cost analysis

· Check input data, physical & system inventory, material consumption for monthly closing

· Create and revise BOM, Routing, Production version

· Support productivity analysis by preparing basic data, produced quantity trend

· Monitor material usage and report production weekly/monthly results

· revise and upload production schedule

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business related or Computer related majors preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in the Supply Chain Management Field Preferred
  • Multiple priority management abilities
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
