In this internship, you will be a part of the Interior Design and Curation team within LV Collective. With four major projects delivering during the summer of 2023, this will be a fast-paced, hands-on internship with the opportunity for meaningful independent work. This internship offers unique access to an award-winning team with wide-ranging experience and our nationally recognized design consultants. Duties will include:

• Onsite FF&E installation and styling

• Attend various design, development, construction, and marketing meetings

• Assist with various research and compiling data

• Assist in developing and maintaining material collections

• Prepare and review documents including floorplans and mood boards

• Create documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Revit, and Bluebeam

• Collaborate with designers, managers, directors, and senior leadership to plan, design, develop and gain real-world experience

• Engage in the company’s culture by attending lunch-and-learns, project tours, all-hands meetings, and consultant and vendor presentations

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Architecture or other relevant degree

• Must be able to work up to 35 hours per week

• Must be able to travel several days a month to project sites

• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Revit, Bluebeam, 3D rendering skills, demonstrated leadership ability

• Shows strong interest in development and interior design

• Demonstrates strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to think critically

• The ability to identify avenues to advance projects and improve the process within the firm

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
