As a reflection of our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Talent Acquisition team as the Recruitment Manager. This is a critical role supporting the recruitment efforts of our expanding call center.

Responsibilities

  • Identify top sources of candidates, conduct prescreening calls, administer candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and extend offers for all Call Center roles
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of high-volume recruiters
  • Oversee team’s collective and individual performance, and provide coaching
  • Partner with Call Center Managers and other stakeholders to assess operational business needs, and develop recruiting strategy based on current market trends
  • Continually evaluate recruiting processes and procedures, and identify opportunities for improvements
  • Work with internal and external candidates to form a strong talent bench
  • Manage and coordinate internal candidate interview process
  • Manage the negotiation, closing, and onboarding elements of candidate/new start relations
  • Process data for all aspects of placement in ATS and tangents
  • Serve as a liaison and partner with hiring managers to optimize the Call Center Recruiting lifecycle and ensure hiring goals are met
  • Partner with hiring managers on interviewing best practices and create updated processes as necessary
  • Compile and share data and activity during monthly business reviews
  • Develop relationships with appropriate associations and groups to share job openings and enhance candidate pipeline

Minimum Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years leading and developing a team of recruiters, in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated experience with ATS software, social media such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a stellar candidate experience
