Your Career

As part of the role, you will be responsible to drive the discovery, build, adoption and ROI realization of Customer 360 as an analytics product across the company. Build action oriented connected decision-making OKRs and continually explore ways to embed AI. You will be a key enabler of Customer 360 by finding creative ways to visualize complex data to help in Palo Alto Networks growth.

  • Seek opportunities to drive analytics evangelism and collaborate cross-functionally on Enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Ruthlessly prioritize competing demands with focus on delivering business value, impact and operational efficiency
  • Create new ideas, discover new datasets to develop Customer 360 product roadmap and value to support Go-to-Market (GTM) and Global Customer Services (GCS) teams
  • Provide trusted data to executives by proactively monitoring data quality, and fixing the issues at Source to enable data-driven decision making

Qualifications


Your Experience

  • Overall 10+ years of experience in the Data & Analytics domain
  • Experience in Product Management including managing the delivery of Data & Analytics products from start to finish at the enterprise scale.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Customer Journey and respective OKRs within each phase and ability to translate into easy to understand insights and visualizations
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and ability to present to executives
  • Ability to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses and drive actionable recommendations through a data driven process
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to build simple, elegant and impactful Executive and Operational dashboards/products
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar BI platforms
  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills, to translate complex business needs into data structures.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative field or relevant experience.
  • Local to SF bay area

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $132,600/yr to $214,500/yr.
