Schwieters Companies is seeking to hire a full-time experienced Spray Booth Operator in our Prefinish Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to spray wood materials with stain, paint, and clear coat
• Color matching
• Inspecting all material for quality
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Having constant communication with management on work orders
• Work with the team to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved and to quality specifications
• Picking material using a stand/sit forklift
• Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Spray booth stain experience with wood materials required
• Basic finishing knowledge preferred
• Must have attention to detail
• Comfortable learning to operate a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Self-motivated, self-directed team player and team builder
• Ability to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions
• Have legible penmanship, good communication skills (verbal and written), & problem solving skills
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Flexible in working overtime when necessary
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

WORK SCHEDULE
1st Shift

• Monday thru Friday, 6am-2:30pm, overtime offered as needed

PAY

• $24+ per hr.-1st Shift
