Creek Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a motivated and hard-working Splicer to join our growing team with cable and pole placement.

Creek Enterprise, Inc. has been completing large-scale construction projects in the telecommunications industry since 2003. This includes Fiber optic and Copper splicing. Must be able to do both ground and aerial splicing. While our company has continued to grow and evolve over the past decade, our founding principles of putting our clients first continue to guide us to this day.

Responsibility

• Splice fiber optic or copper on various kinds of jobsites
• Work with Underground or Aerial crew to complete jobs
• Time management
• Preform daily pre and post trip checks on all jobsite equipment and vehicles
• Demonstrate good judgment in the field
• Work as a team with the crew foreman and other crew members
• Perform all duties adhering to company safety procedures and policies
• Operate Construction Equipment if needed
• Utilize standard telecommunications tools
• Access construction points as required
• Read and interpret engineering plans
• Follow Directions and communicate with Foreman or Supervisors

Qualifications

• Current valid drivers license (CDL Preferably but not required) with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and physical.
• Must follow all safety guidelines and wear protective equipment at all times
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to move in different positions – crouching, bending, reaching, kneeling, and heavy lifting
• Must be self-motivated and able to work well with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
