Specialist Accounts Payable

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and Preparation of Excel invoices.
- New Vendor Set-ups, may include New Vendor Processing
- Ability to research, proactively follow-up, and problem-solve when dealing with account management issues.
- Invoice Processing, PNET – Invoice Matching, and PO Requisitions.
- Account Problem Resolution and Reconciliation.
- Provides general support services to the accounting and finance department
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience is required; Associate's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years associated work experience or combination of education and work experience
- Analytical and Research Skills
- Strong prioritization skills
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices, procedures and standards policy and procedure development techniques
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

Minimum Qualifications
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Accounting
- 1-3 years associated work experience or combination of education and work experience.

- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices, procedures and standards policy and procedure development techniques
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures

- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
