About the Company
Raviga is a software company that sells its products globally. The company operates two brands, classmanager.com and stagestubs.com, which are products for business administration and event ticketing for the dance, performing arts and other industries.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to quickly grow sales for Raviga’s products in the US. You will work online from home as an independent contractor and be required to:
· Make sales calls to get leads to take up a product trial
· Take trial customers through online demonstrations of the products
· Follow up trial customers and convert them to paying customers
· Answer customer queries on product function and usage and help solve their problems so we retain them
· Ensure client interactions are documented in the Hubspot CRM system
Skills and Experience
· You need to be a self-motivated and outgoing salesperson with a passion for sales and helping customers
· You need to communicate with confidence and build rapport with customers
· Previous experience within software or SaaS sales although not essential will be viewed favourably. You will need to be technically proficient and be able to get up to speed with using our software quickly.
