We are looking for a professional to work as a full-time Sidewalk Assessment Technician. You will work in outdoor environments in residential, schools, commercial and urban areas. We will train you and your responsibility will be to assess sidewalks and related assets for defects and/or special conditions. You will be responsible for collecting data in our proprietary app, documenting measurements, taking pictures and recording locations.

Generally, you will make sure a thorough survey is completed and all defects / special conditions are recorded, which is a key element of the service we provide to our customers. This is a physically demanding job as you will be walking most of the time. The position is full-time. Requirements

• Experience in construction or utility estimating / inspection / inventory / data collection/ quality control.
• Responsible, reliable and trustworthy. Good work ethics and ability to self-manage.
• Capable of walking for most of the day, including frequent kneeling.
• Meticulous and detail oriented with good analytical problem-solving and basic math skills.
• Have valid drivers' license, clean (driving) records and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Able to speak and write fluent English.
• Have professional appearance and demeanor.
• Located within 20 miles of our office in Dallas.
