We are hiring a Shift Leader to join our team at Clean Juice in
our Houston Heights location!
As Shift Leader you will be responsible for training, directing
and assisting employees, and for the overall operation of the store. Manage
daily sales goals, and ensure that we are delivering a quality product and
preparing menu items in a timely fashion, while always providing a great guest
experience.
Responsibilities:
- Be efficient in opening and/or closing the store
- Practice strong communication skills to interact effectively with our guests, the Assistant Manager, and the General Manager
- Resolve complaints and troubleshoot problems when the AM and/or GM is not present
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure all team members do the same
- Oversee and assist in prepping produce and preparing menu items
- Manage daily sales goals and labor
- Keep organized books with necessary daily forms
- Be efficient in all POS tasks such as issuing refunds, gift cards, pay-outs, etc.
- Ensure daily tasks are completed before the end of each shift
- Possess strong work ethic, time management skills and sense of urgency
- Maintain a positive company morale and professional attitude
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Oversee that all monetary exchanges in the store, the taking of orders and the ringing up of transactions are done in a timely fashion
- Perform other duties assigned by management
- Adhereto company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance
- Adhere to all health and safety standards when handling food
