The Service Advisor/Consultant is responsible for building strong relationships with customers. They perform a vehicle walk around as part of the write-up, consult guests on vehicle needs, and sell services after vehicle inspections. You will answer incoming phone calls, keep guests informed on required vehicle maintenance and leave an impressionable experience with the guest.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the guests receive prompt, courteous and quality service.
• Meet departmental sales goals.
• Prioritize required services among technicians.
• Constantly communicate with guests about their vehicle status.
• Ensure guest has a positive dealership experience.
• Constantly train and educate on product knowledge.

• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
