Job Title: Server

Location: 3935 Sunnyside Drive, on-site Tartan Grill Restaurant

Hours: 4PM-8PM shifts, every other weekend is required; flexible scheduling available; average 16 hours every 2 weeks

Position Overview

Sunnyside's on-site restaurant, The Tartan Grill, provides full menu services to residents and guests daily. Our Servers help create a warm and welcoming environment to those that dine with us. By the end of your first day, you will have met the friendliest people who truly invest in building a relationship with you. This is an opportunity to work in the food industry with no late-nights and no tp sharing.

General Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Server are to provide excellent food service and hospitality in our upscale casual environment. In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone that is quick on their feet, greets everyone with a smile, is comfortable working with older adults, and knows how to work as a team.

Requirements

• Sunnyside Communities requires all team members to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
• Prior experience in restaurant/dining field is a plus
• Ability to process information accurately, make appropriate decisions and take appropriate action based upon the information available
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills; maintain a hospitality approach to engaging with all individuals

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
