JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and goal driven Senior Software Engineer to join our Digital Banking team. This position can either be hybrid working from our headquarters in Peachtree Corners, GA or be remote within the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop quality enterprise digital banking solutions utilizing Microsoft software development languages and tools.
  • Create software designs for enhancements or features based on best practices with the assistance of more experienced engineers.
  • Participates in code and design reviews. Makes updates based on review recommendations.
  • Keeps current on latest Microsoft development products.
  • Provide support and maintenance on existing applications with the assistance of more experienced engineers as needed.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code with the assistance of more experienced engineers as needed.
  • Demonstrate code quality through proper unit and other testing.
  • Break down user stories into component tasks and provide estimates with the assistance of more experienced engineers as needed.
  • Work in a collaborative development environment with a team of developers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous Software Engineering experience (6+ years).
  • General familiarity with core banking system functionality required (such as Corelation/KeyStone, Jack Henry/Symitar, etc)
  • .Net/.Net Core/C#/EF/MSSQL experience (5+ years).
  • C# (5+ years).
  • HTML5 (5+ years).
  • CSS3 (5+ years).
  • ASP.NET (5+ years).
  • Visual Studio 2015+ (5+ years).
  • SQL Server 2008/12/16+ (3+ years).
  • Angular 6+/CLI 7+ (3+ years).
  • Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and software patterns.
  • Basic understanding of agile software development principles and techniques. Understand iterative software development.
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and multiple software development approaches.
  • Desire to be part of a highly productive, fast-paced team.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Working knowledge of Git version control system.
  • Experience working on a Scrum team


PREFERRED
:

  • Knowledge of third-party JavaScript libraries
  • Experience in a mobile software development role.
  • NativeScript / ReactNative / Xamarin experience
  • Developed mobile apps that were published to the Apple and Google app stores.
  • Android/Java/Kotlin/Android Studio experience.
  • iOS/Objective-C/Swift/Xcode experience
