The Senior Sales Operations Coordinator (SSOC) will lead the Sales Operations Coordinator team. This team provides administrative support to optimize the Organic Sales team’s performance and helps meet sales targets. The SSOC will continuously identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and processes by collaborating with the Sales Operations Manager on the execution of business-critical projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for the development and management of Sales Operations Coordinators and their markets
  • Partner with the Data Administrator to ensure integrity of data is maintained in CRM, identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing strategies
  • Ensure MLS opportunities across all markets are being captured, monitored, and prospected
  • Monitor Sales Operations Coordinators in maintaining organized spreadsheets and importing MLS opportunities, leads, and deals into to CRM
  • Promote efficiency company-wide by guiding sales team members on sales flow and CRM system functionality.
  • Provide administrative support to markets needing additional assistance with MLS opportunities and sales functions including preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process (rental projections, contracts, proposals, etc.)
  • Perform audits of market opportunities
  • Ensure necessary lines of communication in each market’s pod structure (i.e., Sales Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales Operations Coordinators)
  • Partner with the Sales Operations Manager to identify and execute key initiatives and areas for improvement
  • Contribute to sales playbook with templates and other training tools
  • Manage and set priorities for Sales Operations Coordinators to achieve objectives
  • Contribute to sales strategy, initiatives, and operational excellence by providing information, insights, and analysis to help us achieve our sales goals
  • Assist with pulling information from booking software and Power BI/KeyData to provide potential homeowners with rental revenue information
  • Assist Sales Operations Manager with duties as assigned

The ideal candidate:

  • Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, and document management
  • Possess a positive and flexible outlook
  • Have proven clerical and administrative abilities
  • Have proven leadership abilities
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM
  • Management experience
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and works well under pressure.
  • Strong motivational, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
