Via Seating is hiring for Production Associates on our Second Shift to join our team in Sparks, NV!!

HIRING BONUS OF $1,000.00*

The Production Associate is trained on all skill sets in the commercial chair build process to include cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery and assembly. They need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort. All production associates will be classified and evaluated according to the skills required within each skill set for each value stream. The Production Associate is not a safety sensitive position.

All Second Shift Positions are from 4:00pm - 2:30am Monday - Thursday

with Overtime on Fridays as needed.

Pay Starts at $19.00/hour plus an additional $1.00/hour shift differential, possibly more DOE!
