Division: Taylor Farms Northwest Kent, WA

Job Description: The Janitorial Coordinator will monitor, organize, and coordinate three separate teams – Janitorial, Housekeeping, and Dish-pit. The coordinator will handle employee scheduling, conflict resolution, corrective action, interviewing, etc. This position will communicate regularly with other production facility departments using inter-company email system (Outlook). This position is expected to work in all departments making sure each department and shift is correctly covered. Call-outs will be responsibility of the coordinator to manage and cover if required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years supervisory and janitorial and/or housekeeping experience; preferably a food processing facility.
• Must be active worker between all teams.
• Understand and have knowledge of chemicals used in the cleaning process; understand the manufacturing process and equipment parts/systems.
• Preferred knowledge of GMP, SQF audits, FDA, PMO, HACCP, and OSHA requirements.
• Ensures that employees and managers have the required food safety, sanitation, and occupational safety training.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 36-degrees.
• Use of rubber and latex gloves.
• Must speak, read and write English fluently.
• Attendance is Essential to control of the teams.

Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60-days, which includes medical, dental, vision, and 401k 4% match.
