Radiant Waxing is hiring multi-unit salon coordinator for its Raleigh, NC location. Qualified candidates must have an innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important and welcome. We look for people who can light up a room and show grace under pressure.

Together, we will provide an absolute best in class experience - within the waxing segment or any retail industry - for all of our guests!

You will be positive, enthusiastic, and engaging.

You will be adaptive and embrace new procedures, initiatives, and strategies without resistance.

You agree to metric based performance goals and make best efforts to meet or exceed them.

You will communicate with guests telephonically.and through email and text.

You are available to work all shifts. While management attempts to cater to employee schedules, it reserves the right to schedule any shift. Hours are 8:00 - 8:00 weekdays and 9:00 - 6:00 weekends. Shifts are generally 6:00 - 8:00 hours.

  • Responsibilities and Duties
  • Multi-unit salon coordinator must be able to perform the following duties and need to possess the following skills and/or traits:
  • Outstanding guest relations.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company’s products and services to go off-script when necessary
  • Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller’s request, including follow-ups with salon leaders
  • Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff.
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance during working hours.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discuss programs and specials with guests.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Have transportation to and from work.
  • Memorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during calls
  • Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately
  • Identify opportunities for driving sales and revenue of the company’s existing product suite, and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate
  • Meet daily targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
