Sales Associate Job at T & M Hardware & Rental
T & M Hardware is a fast-paced and friendly retail hardware and rental store that is seeking energetic Sales Associates for our Perrysville/West View (Pittsburgh), PA location. This person will oversee initiatives and promotions to ensure maximum productivity, profitability and compliance with company procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Greet and acknowledge customers
- Provide solid product knowledge to fulfill customer’s needs
- Provide training to new staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Merchandise and maintain department
- Measure and monitor progress and results against key targets
- Practices and ensures all company policies and procedures are followed
- Embraces company driven promotional and marketing campaigns
- Operate POS computer
- Load/unload vendor and customer vehicles
- Additional duties management deems necessary for growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Moral Integrity
- Excellent work ethic
- Computer Skills (POS, Internet, Back Office)
- Ability to work supervised and un-supervised
- Detail oriented
- Work Flexible hours, including Nights, Weekends and Holidays
- Pass a Background Check
- Able to lift 80 pounds
- Willing to Submit to Random Drug Tests
- High School diploma
- Work Indoors/Outdoors, as Required
