About the Position:
This position is the front-line contact for everyone in the store, both customers and employees. You would be stepping into a fast-paced position where follow-up is critical and where your computer skills will be put to the test. You must be able to demonstrate empathy and compassion for your customers and your fellow associates while being open and receptive to feedback.
This position requires someone who is a self-starter and extremely well-organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must possess the willingness to learn and take instructions well. We have a specific sales strategy that has proven to provide a great client experience. Retail sales experience and/or flooring experience are helpful, but we will train the right candidate. For this Sales Associate position, you would be expected to work approximately 50 hours.
