Now Hiring: Full-Time (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager
Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
- Communicate with staff and create goals for the facility.
- Solve any problems the residents may have.
- Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
- NJ RN degree
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
