Retail Fit Specialist at New Balance Scottsdale, in a non-commissioned "Sit and Fit" casual retail environment.
Fit Specialists work one-on-one with our customers to find the best possible products for their needs. Applicants must have excellent communication & customer service skills. They should be energetic, have a positive attitude with a genuine desire to assist others. Must be dedicated, hard-working & willing to live by our core values of Integrity, teamwork & total guest satisfaction. Must be able to go up and down ladders, lift 30 pounds, stand for 6 hours at a time, and maintain reliable transportation to arrive at work on-time. Past retail experience a plus, but not necessary. We are a drug-free workplace, and are an equal opportunity employer.
Part-time (15-34 hours) and Full-time (35 hours plus) positions are available with our organization.
Salary: $14 to $18.00 /hour based on experience. Medical/Dental insurance, and 401k matching benefits available for Full-time positions.
