General Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned franchise restaurants including training of restaurant managers and supervisors, enhancing their capabilities and fostering growth, as well as cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, customer satisfaction, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation, safety and security through franchise owners, managers, and supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage about 7-8 resutanrants in East Coast
• Provides management and supervision over several restaurant operations.
• Provides assistance for maximizing daily sales and effectively managing costs, labor and cash control.
• Assists the marketing team with advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, internal newsletters, direct mail and point-of-purchase displays.
• Oversees purchasing activities of regular items performed by the franchise managers.
• Ensures that the quality of experience, such as product quality, timing, service, entertainment, etc is delivered to the customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• at least 1 years of restaurant manager experience
• Must be able to use a computer and applications such as Windows operating system, MS Office and POS systems.
• Must be able to do business trip about at least once a month
• Japanese Bilingual preferred

Certificates/Licenses:

• Food Handler Certification Preferred
• Food Manager Certification Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
