We are looking for Residential Advisors to join our team! Shifts vary, however they are all evenings and weekends. We are ready to welcome you to this team of individuals who are changing the workforce in real time!!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing the youth's independent living skills through programming and fun activities
- Monitoring and maintaining a safe environment for our students
- Mentoring 16-24 year old students by exercising problem solving skills
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required. A valid in-State Drivers License.
