Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned programs/projects.
  • Perform requirements management, tracking, and traceability of processes and tools (such as RDNG/DOORS or CAMEO).
  • Lead IPT and technical meetings and review boards to include but not limited to TIER working groups, ERBs, CCBs, and PMRs to ensure programs are meeting requirements.
  • Perform requirements management in an MBSE tool to include requirements traceability and verification.
  • Understand how system requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation activities are enabled by MBSE across the digital thread (the engineering lifecycle).
  • Coordinate, generate and review program status reports, technical reviews, and technical and programmatic responses.
  • Serve as technical and process experts in their assigned area such as project budgets, agile implementation, digital engineering/MBSE, or data centricity.
  • Assist in transitioning policy, standards, guidance, methods, dashboards, and training to a digital engineering environment.
  • Collaborate with Digital Engineering transformation team to integrate with MBSE-based processes.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering processes and life cycles with ability to quickly adapt to changing work environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities.
  • Participate in IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, and PMRs.
  • Manage/Track Requirements across multiple programs/projects, processes, and tools.
  • Collaborate with Digital Engineering team to integrate MBSE-based processes.
  • Establish and maintain configuration and data management policies and procedures.
  • Support the release of drawings, schedules and system configuration changes specified by management and other functional groups through the Request For Change process.
  • Capable of achieving an OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) certification.

-Junior Level - Bachelor degree in STEM is preferred. Two (2) years relevant experience desired.Experience may be substituted for degree.
-Intermediate Level - Masters degree preferred. Bachelors degree in STEM is expected. Seven (7) years relevant experience required. Three (3) years within the NRO/IC desired.
-Senior Level - Masters degree preferred. Bachelors degree in STEM is expected. Ten (10) years relevant experience expected to include five (5) years within the NRO/IC
