Lot Attendant Seymour, or Enfield, CT
We are looking for a reliable, organized repossession lot attendant 23 or older (with a clean driving record) due to insurance regulations. Training will be provided. Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test and background check.
IDEAL candidate will live within a reasonable traveling distance to Seymour, CT or Enfield, CT with reliable transportation and exceptional attendance history.

Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30am -1:30pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 4 Hour shifts of your choice for processing
Total of 26 hours
Daily tasks:
Pulling and storing property properly
Assisting customers and transporters with appts (redemptions, property, releases)
Disposing of property
Cleaning
Key control & Storage
Processing cars (taking pictures, noting damage, etc)
Seasonal lot care (mowing, weed whacking, shoveling as needed) Lot is plowed by owner
This is a physically demanding job which requires being outside in the elements a good portion of the shift.
Pay is $15 an hour, this is a part time position with no benefits, the company follows the federal holiday schedule and is closed. (no holiday pay) Pay increase will be discussed after 1 year.
We follow a working test period of 90 days with a mid way review and a 90 day final review to decide if the job is right for the candidate.
