North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest’s largest full line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Rental Coordinator.
Rental Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Enter rental agreements and contracts.
- Set up internal rentals and demos.
- Manage 3rd party and online customer billing, emailing, mailing, and processing of credit cards.
- Take incoming rental calls.
- Update and manage equipment spreadsheets.
- Control all inventory exchanges.
- Review and update preventive maintenance for all rental equipment in the fleet.
- Scheduling daily logistics local and out of state, along with customer moves.
- First point of contact in reviewing condition reports for customer damage upon return of rental equipment.
- Code vendor invoices.
- Keep all filing up to date.
- Other duties as requested by the rental manager.
- Must be able to multitask and operate in a fast paced, constantly changing work environment
Pay: $55,000-$65,000 DOE
