TITLE: Community Maintenance Renovation and Rehab Floater

Company Profile:

Parakeet Communities, LLC is a national real estate investment company that purchases, maintains, and manages manufactured housing communities. The Maintenance Floater will be servicing and maintaining the premises of 9 different Florida manufactured housing communities. These are within a reasonable proximity of one another.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of basic Groundskeeping / Property Maintenance
• Landscapring and Turf Management
• Painting, Drywall, and general facility Maintenance tasks
• Equipment and Machinery Repair/ Replacement/ Restoration
• Light Plumbing and Electrical tasks as needed
• Understanding of Safety Standards and Building Compliance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting weekly walkthroughs on premise at multiple locations
• Producing Reports for any upgrades or replacements needed for Equipment and Machinery
• Producing Reports for any Property Renovations
• Assess and Rehabilitate multi-unit residencies
• Coordinate with Community Manager to effectively prioritize and address property needs.
• Meeting daily service needs at assigned sites / communities.
• Inspections, maintenance, repair work and corresponding paperwork.
• Reviews all logs for open issues and reports to customers as necessary.
• Ensures that tools and equipment are properly maintained
• May participate in site surveys/ service activities
• Establishes and maintains a close relationship with community managers to support the needs of the residents.
• Have personal and reliable transportation to travel between sites during work hours as needed.
• Ensure Safety is always a priority and grounds are maintained in accordance with compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years Property Management Maintenance experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to Travel between multiple properties
• Available to tend to emergency situations
• Other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
