Overview: Coordinate local office marketing programs with a wide range of objectives,

including lead generation, doctor and community referral building, promotion execution, events

and advertising. You will ensure the Ideal Dental brand story and point of difference is

communicated through thoughtful, custom content aimed at key local office marketing targets.

You will be an expert at planning and executing marketing activities from concept through

execution with great attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, detail

orientated and passionate about superior health care, patient experience and flawless marketing

execution.

Territory Travel Requirements: Position will have responsibility for coordinating marketing

efforts and making regular visits to: Antelope, Auburn, Fairfield, Folsom, Lincoln, Orangevale,

and Rocklin.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local office managers to understand market dynamics and key lead and

referral targets.

  • Research local practice trade areas to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Work with the VP, Brand Marketing to create customized marketing collateral and

resources to meet the strategic needs of the different practice locations.

  • Develop detailed project plans for marketing materials and campaigns that outline the

steps to create materials, content parameters, design time, and appropriate hand-offs to

execute 360 marketing.

  • Execute text, email and other external marketing campaigns aimed at driving lead

generation and prospective customer engagement, and cultivating new markets and target

leads.

  • Track monthly field marketing and promotional programs and perform data analysis on

program performance.

  • Ensure office managers are executing programs with excellence and that programs are

delivering on KPI’s.

  • Support regular communication with the office manager team regarding marketing

programs.

  • Organize and manage marketing programs leveraging project management principles and

methodologies.

Qualification Requirements

  • BA degree or some college
  • 3-5 years’ experience in brand marketing and successful program execution; experience

in dental, orthodontics or medical field a plus, but not required.

  • Written communication: You have strong writing skils with the ability to articulate the

value propositions of the Ideal Dental brands to different audiences and in a variety of

formats. You understand how to write copy to direct creative teams on developing

marketing materials.

  • Project management & follow through: You understand how to created detailed task lists

and inter-relationships of tasks. You are detail oriented and follow up on your own tasks

and tasks with cross functional partners.

  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Email

Mgmt, Asana

  • Interpersonal skills: You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work

effectively with people at all levels.

  • Can Do Attitude: You like to get things done, and get them done efficiently: You must be

a self-starter, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, organized, resourceful, and have the

ability to coordinate projects from start to finish.

  • Flexible & Positive: You adapt well to changes in strategic direction or requirements of

the business landscape.
