Job Summary::


The Regional Director of Case Management Services is responsible for ensuring high quality of case management services provided to regional Unaccompanied Minor’s Shelter Program shelter residents. The Regional Director of Case Management Services supports analyzing the effectiveness of programming, ensuring all performance improvement standards are monitored and feedback given to appropriate staff. #HQ

Essential Functions::
  • Aids with the technical assistance of regional case managers to include assessment, treatment, and development and implementation of client plans accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
  • Conducts regional monitoring of UMSCP programs with Executive Management Team throughout the year
  • Supports developing and maintaining a regional standardized case management services approach across shelters
  • Collaborate with the Director of Case Management and the Executive Management Team to ensure compliance with regulations in policy development/implementation, as well as on-going program refinement based upon advances in the field
  • Coordinate case management services by supporting the oversight, supervision, and training of staff case managers, monitoring client services documentation, and developing and maintaining ongoing partnerships with community-based providers
  • Participate in and comply with all meetings, assignments, process improvement, and quality improvement initiatives as assigned by supervisor
Other Functions::
  • Collaborate with case management team members and clients to develop client plans.
  • Must be available to travel to other cities, states, SWK sites, and community sites as needed in order to support necessary program operations and as needed for required training and implementation of new initiatives.
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements::
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology or in other relevant behavioral science field.
  • Three (3) years of relevant Southwest Key Programs experience; two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • Successful completion of 86 hours of pre-service training and job shadowing.
  • Compliance with annual requirement of 50 training hours as mandated by Southwest Key Programs, Office of Refugee Resettlement, and state licensing standards.
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be eligible to drive to facilitate program services as required by contractual agreement.
  • Required to work a flexible schedule to facilitate program services.
  • Cleared Tuberculosis test results.
  • Cleared background check from appropriate entity.
  • Cleared drug test results. (this one is for Texas programs only)
Physical Demands::

Must be able to obtain Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification and First Aid Certification (CPR). Must be able to supervise clients indoors and outdoors as necessary. Bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs required to complete daily tasks. Job requires extended periods of sitting; use of various office equipment.

Work Environment::

This is a twenty four hour residential facility at which minors receive multiple services. Three shifts per twenty four hour period. Work shifts are subject to change. Noise levels vary from mild to moderate. Predominantly indoors, occasional outdoor monitoring or activities.
