Recruiter/Headhunter
A nursing home group is seeking a Recruiter/Headhunter to join our team.
Recruiter/Headhunter Responsibilities Include:
- Source candidates for open positions through online job site and our in-house database
- Evaluate and screen resumes received
- Conduct initial phone screen with potential candidates, then facilitate resumes as needed
- Perform data entry as needed
- Perform Cold calling & Warm Calling
- Calling of multiple applicants not on file to secure new resumes
- Cold calling calling to reach potential candidates
Recruiter/Headhunter Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year recruiting experience applicants with an administrative assistant background will be considered as well
- Self- Starter and multi-tasking
- Excellent follow up skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
