What You Will Be Doing?

Recruiters will execute recruiting strategies to proactively attract talent and explore employment branding techniques to bring awareness to the company’s unique, inspiring and innovative culture. Working alongside the Recruiting Supervisor, Senior Recruiters, and our Director of Operations. Our Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to fulfill the client's needs.

Someone who has leadership experience in supervision and training

Must be able to communicate professionally and proficiently with potential candidates

Someone who loves competition as we have created a unique work atmosphere that fosters fun, but competitive environment

You must enjoy talking to people, as this job requires you to be on the phone constantly

Must have a work hard, play hard mentality

Responsibilities will include:
Screening candidate profiles and resumes using our ATS system

Interviewing job applicants for job fit and ensuring a clear understanding of job expectations

Hired the most qualified candidates for job assignments with consideration of client expectations and cost

Follow-up with candidates at each step in the process

Identify and communicate labor pool trends and candidate feedback

Maximize fill rates while providing great customer service to rep team

Meet weekly/monthly metrics as assigned by management

Requirements/Experience/Education:
This position is based out of our Raleigh office

Strong technology skills with ATS, virtual interviews & Microsoft Office products

Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed based on company needs

Effective listener and communicator

Organized and able to juggle multiple duties and tasks simultaneously

Detail-oriented with a strong desire to get things right the first time

Customer-focused and enjoys working in a team
