The Recruiter position is for someone who is passionate about matching the right healthcare provider to the perfect account all while providing amazing customer service to all parties included. You must be customer service oriented and understand you will be on the phone answering questions/comments and concerns of our Temporary Healthcare Providers and Clients.

This position has the ability to move to a hybrid role once you have demonstrated that you are capable of performing the role independently.

Scope of Work:

The Recruiter places employees on temporary assignments, performing personnel-related duties, and providing clients with customer support.

Recruiter Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

· The Recruiter is responsible for establishing a fantastic customer relationship to receive, review and enter and review client orders all while anticipating client staffing needs.

· Manage full desk of screening, matching healthcare provider to order, sending to client and scheduling for assignments once credentials are verified.

· Maintaining Temporary Healthcare Provider (THP) Credentials/Profiles to ensure they are compliant.

· Running weekly audit of providers to maintain (THP) expired credentials and updating credentials.

· Maintain contact with clients to determine staffing needs, solicit orders, and informs clients about the availability of employees.

· Work as a team and maintain professional working relationships with clients and employees.

· Confirm assignments with employees and clients. Notify client and employees of any shift cancellations.

· Communicate company-related information to current and prospective clients and employees.

· Completes new client information and forwards to Payroll/Billing department.

· Review weekly invoices and payroll reports for errors. Resolve payroll and billing problems.

· Run and analyze daily transaction reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

As the Recruiter, it is important that you can communicate effectively, work well with a team as well as independently, and cultivate positive working relationships. The Recruiter role requires being on a computer, talking on the phone and having a positive upbeat demeanor.

Qualifications:

· Open to training the right candidate!

· A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience. A related degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
