1) hold an active Virginia Real Estate License AND have experience in real estate sales, or
2) have a prior career in the military/police/fire fighter AND have the ability to complete a real estate license course in 30 days.

We are looking to hire A-Players with demonstrated success either in the public service field or as an experienced real estate agent. We want agents that want a real estate career that provides more growth personally and professionally.

You will be mentored and have training opportunities with Alex Bracke, a former Police officer turned real estate agent and speaker in the real estate industry. In our community, you will learn how to change the financial bloodline of your family through lead generation and a proven process that sells more homes with less effort.

In addition to commission-based sales, stock options and bonuses are available.

We are a value-based firm, meaning we invest in our team members so that they can succeed. Everything from sales leads, mentorship, branding experts, marketing advice, sales coaching and much more.
