Description:

The Raw Warehouse Task Coordinator completes pulling requests for internal and third-party customers while maintaining a safe and clean environment by putting the quality of product first.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and follow strict forklift safety guidelines;
  • Oversee the pulling of raw ingredients as needed for internal and third-party requests;
  • Stage ingredients for shipment, testing, sampling, or converting;
  • Return remaining ingredients to inventory;
  • Oversee the consolidation of products on shelves;
  • Oversee the cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor as required;
  • Process damaged goods;
  • Oversee re-labeling of product, if needed;
  • Fill out paperwork and forms as required;
  • Follow and enforce GMP and processes as established in department SOPs;
  • Follow all safety procedures;
  • Update necessary spreadsheets;
  • Communicate with Supervisor and customers to ensure tasks are completed before due dates;
  • Collect and file all necessary forklift paperwork;
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required;
  • Must be able to operate a forklift and obtain forklift certification;
  • Must have detail and organization skills;
  • Must be willing to work with computers;
  • Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure and to perform the four operations with like or common fractions to compute percent;
  • Must work well with other departments to overcome obstacles;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.;
  • Ability to climb ladders;
  • Ability to stand for an extended periods of time;
  • Must be able to wear any required PPE such as scrubs, hair net, lab coat, and facemask, harness;
  • Ability to work in area with a moderate powder substance in the air with or without a respirator;
  • Ability to work above shoulders;
  • Other physical requirements include frequent squatting, bending, twisting, and bi-lateral wrist movement;
  • Ability to use a computer for the purpose of completing
  • Ability to work around a variety of different smells and aromas;
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while securely attached to equipment;
  • Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require.
