The Quality Supervisor supports and leads activities to ensure product and process compliance with regulatory agencies’ requirements and company standards.

This role will give YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Provide clear leadership in setting connections between specific, measurable targets in the area with site strategy. Adopt participative management style that empowers the team by involving them in setting objectives, performance management, problem solving, decision making and continuous improvement
  • Provide clear leadership in staff development plans including a capability plan with training targets, aligned to achieving departmental goals
  • Adhere to and teach/coach the team on all aspects of operations to ensure safety and quality standards are in place and in use
  • Lead the team to deliver daily improvements (relating to safety, quality, line performance, customer service & cost)
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability using innovative thought and good scientific judgment (reflected in the experimental design, quality of the analytical data, the types of problems solved and fundamental technical knowledge). Identifies risks to patients, staff, business, and reputation. Takes appropriate actions to mitigate risks
  • Demonstrate broad knowledge (e.g., various dosage forms) of the pharmaceutical industry, the drug development process and current regulatory requirements and environment. Evaluate manufacturing, packaging, and cleaning validation protocols for scientific merit. Drive knowledge and understanding of cGMPs, product types, and any additional training requirements for assigned tasks
  • Participate on interdepartmental project teams within the site by providing Quality partnership, leadership, and decision making
  • Quality review & approval of GMP documents to ensure requirements are met and maintained
  • Support the audit and inspection processes (internal and external)
  • Serve as Qualified Person (QP) to support product release in accordance with specific market regulations.

EHS Responsibilities – All Associates

  • Know, understand, and comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) guidelines
  • Report unsafe conditions
  • Report all injuries, illnesses, and hazardous materials releases
  • Wear personal protective equipment
  • Attend HSE training programs
  • Follow all safe work procedures

Quality Responsibilities

  • Know, understand, and adhere to all Quality Compliance standards (Data Integrity, QA and QC)
  • Adhere to QMS Policy and Regulatory Requirements.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of experience in a regulated GMP industry OR Associate's Degree and 10+ years of experience in a regulated GMP industry
