Description:

Will provide clinical and safety assessment of post-marketing events. This position plays an integral role in maintaining compliance with global regulations. Work with minimal supervision and requires a high degree of interactions with customers, health care professionals, global government agencies and Global Merz employees al all levels of the organization. Field inquiries are received by phone, electronic or verbal correspondence then documented as complaints according to applicable SOPs. The position also provides technical support and remote troubleshooting guidance as needed. Also, review of associated records, perform follow ups with customers to collect information on the treatments, product performance, functionality to complete complaint record in a timely manner.

It's not a call center and don't want anyone to think that. On average, maybe they make/receive 3 calls. Email communication is heavy, but most times they troubleshoot an issue over the phone. Will have someone that tells you what the issue and resolve it. The documentation is done in the system. The calls can be from the US and the emails are frequently outside of the US.

They don't physically have to go anywhere, and can talk through what is going on, but then once the device gets back there, looking at devices and troubleshoot them. Document review of what was done to the device to fix it, and then do quality review. SAP work happens as well.

Once you are hired in, employees can work from home, can work up to 2 days from home, but as they start out and when they are working on contract, they don't have any remote work.

Hours:

Monday through Friday approximately 8am to 5pm
