Essential Job Duties:

  • Responsible for establishing, executing and maintaining a quality assurance program that ensures quality control procedures and practices are being used
  • Monitors the services being provided to determine if Service Level Agreements and performance levels are being adhered to
  • Recommends changes to services and processes to improve performance
  • Determines if current methods and techniques result in meeting reliability, maintainability, availability, and capacity standards/levels
  • Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains standards for quality operating methods and procedures used across the program

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in quality assurance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This position requires demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, and excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent communication and listening skills as well as experience in customer service.
  • Requires skill with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Certifications:

  • N/A

Clearance:

  • Must have a minimum of an active DoD secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to type.
  • Must be able to travel (potential).
