A professional family in Carlsbad desires a Full-time Nanny for their 9 month-old baby for Part-time 3 days a week 9am - 3pm.
The family is looking for someone with Childcare experience or Child Development courses taken and at least 3+ Years of Nanny Experience. Preference is given to applicants with extensive newborn/toddler care experience. Background in daycares or preschools is a plus! The ideal candidate is sweet, caring, and helpful. Understands Sensory play and Arts and Crafts for babies/toddlers. Baby sign language would be great. CPR Trained and Certified. Covid Vaccinated is a must. Hours needed are 3 days per week - flexible - 9 am to 3 pm
The family is looking for someone ok with Part-time. Pay is $23-$25/hour and needs to have a driver's license to help drive the child around for different occasions. Light meal prep and light housekeeping for child.

- Schedule: 9 am - 3 pm - 3 days per week (flexible) - Position is in Carlsbad area.
- Pay: $23-25/hour
- Start date is 1-2 weeks
- Some date nights or weekends!
Newborn Nanny Duties:
- At least 3-8 years experience as a Nanny and has worked with toddlers. Degree or courses in Childcare desired.
- Sensory Brain Development and play interaction for babies. Singing and reading, engaging with children. Take baby on walks and to parks. Toddler experience with play and arts and crafts.
- Light Meal Prep and Housekeeping - Help with laundry and dishes, tidying, and sweeping
Requirements:
- Speaking other languages is a plus!
- CPR Certified
- Covid Vaccination is a must!
Many Newborn/Toddler care specialists function as parent educators, teaching parenting proper and accepted baby care techniques. Newborn care specialists typically are responsible for all the tasks related to the baby’s care, including bottle preparation (if needed), light meals, baby laundry and nursery organization.
