Perform functions to oversee, direct, develop and provide administration services to a commercial property in accordance to applicable regulations. Ensure the property are decent, safe, sanitary, and operated in accordance with company objectives and facilitate solutions to problems between the client, the tenants and internal support staff. Makes decisions with limited supervision.

  • Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial property.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial property.
  • Direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, deposits and payments of insurance premiums, mortgage, taxes, and incurred operating expenses.
  • Meet with clients to negotiate management and service contracts, determine priorities, and discuss the financial and operational status of properties.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services, such as cleaning, maintenance, and security services.
  • Act as liaisons between on-site employees, tenants, the company and the client.
  • Investigate complaints, disturbances, and violations and resolve problems, following management rules and regulations.
  • Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
  • Among others duties related.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related.
  • At least two (2) years’ of experience in a commercial property management.
  • Property Management Certify and DACO permission.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish languages; speak, read and write.
  • Must be self-motivate and independent
  • Must be have the driver’s license and own car.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, human resources, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such Microsoft Office.
  • Available to work in the metropolitan area.
