Currently seeking New and Experienced Leasing Consultants, throughout San Fernando Valley who are seeking a great new career opportunity in Apartment Management. This will be a temp – to – hire opportunity. Bilingual in SPANISH Language a PLUS! We are hosting a FREE Seminar in our Woodland Hills office for new candidates who are interested in learning more information on Wednesday 03/08/23 from 10am-4pm.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
New or Experienced Leasing Consultant Job Description:
- Answer phone and greet both current and prospective residents.
- Qualify prospective residents and complete required paperwork.
- Assist current resident with service requests and other concerns with a professional, helpful and courteous attitude.
- Assist associates in tending to all functions of the Community Office.
- Follow up with prospective residents.
- Tour prospective residents showing all amenities of the community and the apartment homes.
- Assist management with resident functions and other related activities. Other general office duties.
Requirements: Professional attitude and appearance Available weekends, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Strong computer and communication skills including property management or customer service.
