Project Planner Job at Net Solutions and Security
NSS is a low voltage security firm. We install commercial security and low voltage throughout central TX. NSS is looking for a professional, organized individual with a minimum of 5 years experience in low voltage. This position does offer full benefits relevant to the NSS current benefits package.
The role of this individual can be broken into 3 primary tasks. First this position is a leadership position and is key to the operative flow of the company. This individual will be expected to walk every project sold through NSS to be sure the design is proper and the installation is ready. Any changes or concerns should be communicated back to sales. Second major responsibility to train employees on install and programming products that NSS installs to ensure proper installation. Lastly this individual is to monitor service and make sure all service calls are handled by service techs and the customer is happy. This role absolutely requires leadership, organization, communication, knowledge of low voltage and programming and patience as a coach would have. This role works along side a project manager to make sure operations within NSS runs smoothly.
