Top Ranked National General Contractor with a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects. Actively seeking a Project Manager to lead C-Store, Restaurant projects for national brands.

This is an in office position with occasional travel located in Boerne, Texas.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Manager will have overall responsibility for an assigned construction project with a focus on safety, quality, budget and schedule.

• Implement all safety policies and quality programs, ensuring strong performance on safety audits
• Manage the activities of subcontractors, vendors and labor, maintaining strict control over the accuracy and quality for each work activity
• Plan look-ahead schedules, maintain project schedule controls
• Identify and report problems or deficiencies to the Director / project executives
• Document on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance to project/contract requirements
• Creates change orders to execution
• Miscellaneous purchases
• Review subcontract agreements
• Maintain strict control over the budget for each work activity
• Coordinate receipt of and inventory of all owner supplied materials
• Preparation of project status report and provide complete reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Verticals include but are not limited to Grocery, Big box retail, Convenience or Restaurant projects for national brands
• A minimum of 3 years of construction experience as a Project Manager
• The capability of maintaining and following a Critical Path project schedule
• A thorough understanding of and ability to maintain a current, complete set of project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications, and related items
• General computer skills, willingness to expand the use of new technologies for scheduling and reports

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
