Fuel for Growth Manager - Savory
Background & Purpose of the Job
This role will serve as the lead for the Fuel for Growth agenda across all the Nutrition areas, including Product Logic, Complexity Reduction, Sourcing and Collaborative Manufacturers.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
  • Work with NA Leadership teams to develop a governance model to ensure our Fuel for Growth program delivers every year the targets
  • Partner with applicable PLTs to ensure plant alignment and implementation planning
  • Complete the technical validations and ensure validity and thoroughness of business case development
  • Create and execute a roadmap to consistently analyze improvement opportunities
  • Lead benchmarking to ensure the implementation of industry best practices
  • Drive kaizens and improvements across applicable facilities
  • Implements appropriate reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track performance
  • Coordinates with Engineering all the information required to implement projects
  • Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success

What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical area
  • Minimum 5 years of planning or supply chain experience
  • Experience in managing strategy agendas across multi-workstream initiatives
  • Understanding of the leadership requirements of complex initiatives
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in working with external industry leaders and academia
  • Experience in end-to-end Supply Chain ways or working

Work Level 2A:
Pay: The pay range for this position is $96,000 to $143,900. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
