About the role: Responsible for all aspects of assigned technical projects. Projects may be focused on development of new or upgraded products and services, internal information system-specific projects that may involve development or enhancement of internal applications, technology integration and/or infrastructure environment build-out, delivery by service teams for outsourced solutions to external clients or delivery of new or enhanced products and/or services to improve customer satisfaction through use of technology.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree from job discipline

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-motivated and willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills, critical attention to detail while managing onshore and offshore extended teams.

• Strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams

• Excellent problem-solving skills and can think quickly and adeptly about how to address problems as they come up and to learn from the issues.

• A high degree of flexibility, analytical mindset, and ability to operate within various functional groups/LOBs will be critical to the success of the role.

• Five or more years work experience managing technical projects in financial services or a related industry or a related technical field, e.g., application development, technology integration, business analysis, client technology consulting).
